Welcome to Hollywood Homes. By booking and staying at No.78, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• 50% of payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay

• Full name, address, phone and email and names of other guests staying is required.

• Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
   

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 28 days before check-in qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 28 days of check-in are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

• No-shows and early departures will not receive refunds.
   

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00pm

• Check-out: By 10:00am

• Early or Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
   

4. House Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside the property.

• No pets are allowed.

• Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM).

• Any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances must be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements.
   

5. Property Use & Liability

• The property is for personal accommodation only—no parties, events, or commercial use is permitted.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Hollywood Homes is not liable for loss, theft, or accidents during your stay.

• Guests must ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
   

6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hollywood Homes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
